Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from concept through delivery and post‑launch optimization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define objectives, scope, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Apply Agile Scrum practices to manage cross‑functional teams, prioritize backlogs, and deliver incremental value.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, drive decision‑making, and measure impact of digital initiatives.
- Oversee cloud‑based solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy and project execution, preferably in a large enterprise.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑domain digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, data analytics, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
