About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design and development of the organization’s website, ensuring timely updates of blogs, campaigns, programs, and new pages.
- Serve as the primary steward of brand identity, creating and maintaining consistent graphics for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate strategy into compelling UI/UX experiences across web and digital channels.
- Produce high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and style guides using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and hand off assets for implementation.
- Implement responsive layouts with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross‑browser and device compatibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, web design, or brand design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma.
- Strong front‑end skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating and refining web layouts.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain brand systems, with a portfolio demonstrating cohesive visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality design solutions on schedule.
