Senior Digital Designer - Cotton On

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality digital assets (banners, social graphics, email templates) that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and e‑commerce teams to translate concepts into responsive, pixel‑perfect designs for web and mobile.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Incorporate motion graphics and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
• Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior‑level digital design experience in a fast‑paced, global brand environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Sketch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, responsive design, and motion graphics across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience with design systems, brand guidelines, and collaborative workflow tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision).
