About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination and digital workflow integration for substation projects.
- Develop and implement digital delivery standards, processes, and tools in partnership with production and Digital Delivery Managers.
- Collaborate with national practice teams, pursuits, and project stakeholders to align digital strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in digital delivery.
- Monitor project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous process optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in BIM coordination and digital project delivery within the substation or power industry.
- Strong background in developing and implementing digital standards and process frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
