Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination efforts across multiple projects, ensuring model integrity and clash detection.
- Develop, refine, and enforce digital delivery standards, processes, and toolsets in partnership with production departments and Digital Delivery Managers.
- Define and execute digital delivery strategies that align with business goals and client expectations.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration using cloud‑based platforms, promoting seamless information exchange among design, construction, and client teams.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on BIM software, data management, and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination and digital delivery within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and other Autodesk tools; strong understanding of BIM execution plans.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement digital delivery standards and processes.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
