Senior Digital Analyst responsible for end‑to‑end tracking, measurement, and reporting of web and marketing performance, leveraging GA4, FullStory, SQL and data visualization to drive conversion and engagement insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end analytics solutions for websites, digital products, and marketing campaigns.
- Collect, validate, and integrate behavioral data from GA4, FullStory, and CRM systems to create unified user journey reports.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations that surface actionable insights for UX, marketing, enrollment, and development teams.
- Analyze funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and recommend data‑driven optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and testing plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, web measurement, or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, FullStory, and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong data‑visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience integrating CRM data and building end‑to‑end reporting pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
