About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Digital Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our lead digital analytics experts, serving as a key contributor to our digital analytics operations with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics. You will play a crucial role in supporting our digital user experience by ensuring robust data collection, building intuitive reporting workspaces, and helping to empower cross-functional teams to make data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics Strategy & Reporting: Leverage your deep knowledge of Adobe Analytics to help build, maintain, and optimize complex Workspaces that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Team Enablement: Support a data-driven culture by assisting in the onboarding, training, and enabling of team members to effectively utilize Adobe Workspace for self-service reporting and analysis.
- Data Quality & QA: Participate in the functional Quality Assurance (QA) of Adobe Analytics tracking implementations to ensure accurate and reliable data collection across digital properties.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and debug data tracking anomalies or reporting issues, working closely with primary subject matter experts, engineering, and marketing operations teams to deploy fixes.
- Data Architecture & Classification: Assist in the management and maintenance of tracking architectures, including dimensions, metrics, segmentation, marketing channels, and classifications.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-Level Adobe Analytics: Deep, hands-on knowledge of how Adobe Analytics for 4 years works under the hood, including custom dimensions (eVars/props), events, advanced segmentation, marketing channel processing rules, and classifications.
- Workspace Mastery: Extensive experience in designing, building, and curating Adobe Analytics Workspaces tailored to different stakeholder needs.
- Mentorship & Training: Proven experience onboarding and enabling cross-functional team members (marketing, product, etc.) to use Adobe Workspace effectively.
- Debugging Expertise: Strong technical ability to troubleshoot and debug tracking issues using browser network tools, developer consoles, and analytics debugging extensions.
