Senior DevOps Support Engineer who troubleshoots complex CI/CD and infrastructure issues for enterprise customers, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python to unblock critical workflows and collaborate with top engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support for enterprise customers, diagnosing and resolving advanced CI/CD, build, and infrastructure problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams at leading tech companies to identify root causes and implement long‑term fixes.
- Automate troubleshooting workflows using Python scripts and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Manage incident response, including triage, communication, and post‑mortem analysis.
- Contribute to knowledge base, create detailed documentation, and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or support roles, with deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting in Python.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience with incident management tools and post‑mortem processes is a plus.
