About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure infrastructure on AWS for global payment and compliance services.
- Lead automation of deployment pipelines using Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD tools to accelerate release cycles.
- Collaborate with development, security, and compliance teams to enforce best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize resource utilization across multi‑region environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering with a focus on cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python and familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced, global environment.
