About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters and Docker-based microservices across AWS environments.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins/ArgoCD, and Terraform, ensuring rapid, reliable releases.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and scaling using IaC tools and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain service health and performance.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices, compliance, and incident response procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional DevOps experience in a complex, regulated environment.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash and experience with CI/CD tooling.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and monitoring best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
