About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools, ensuring fast and reliable software releases.
- Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes, including cluster provisioning, scaling, and monitoring.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates with Terraform to enable repeatable, version‑controlled environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to embed security best practices into the build and release process.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve reliability and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps or site‑reliability engineering experience, with a strong focus on security.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, etc.).
- Proficiency with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience writing Terraform modules and managing IaC pipelines.
- Strong scripting skills in Python (or similar) and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
