About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters on AWS, ensuring optimal scalability and resilience.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to automate build, test, and release processes.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar, maintaining versioned, reusable modules.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices, monitoring, and observability into the CI/CD workflow.
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Document architecture, processes, and runbooks to enable knowledge transfer and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional DevOps experience in a cloud‑native environment.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling, scripting (Bash, Python), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and a collaborative mindset.
