Devops Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure for a digital platform, driving automation, reliability, and continuous delivery using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Containerize applications with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and manage cluster lifecycle, scaling, and monitoring.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, maintaining versioned, reusable modules and automating provisioning.
- Collaborate with development teams to enforce best practices in configuration management, security hardening, and observability.
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive post‑mortem improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional DevOps experience in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, CloudFormation).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Solid scripting skills in Python or Bash and experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
