About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced RPA solutions that automate complex business processes.
- Analyze current workflows and perform detailed evaluations of functional and business requirements to identify automation opportunities using RPA and Agentic AI technologies.
- Guide and mentor a cross‑functional development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive configuration tests, troubleshoot issues, and optimize robot performance for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading RPA development projects, with a strong background in process analysis and automation strategy.
- Proficiency in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and familiarity with Agentic AI concepts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, coding standards, and quality assurance practices.
