Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2–4 years of application support for .NET/Oracle/ Sitecore environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage Azure App Service operations: restarts, scaling, monitoring with App Insights and metrics.
- Diagnose and resolve IIS, HTTP, and logging issues using App Insights, ELK, or similar tools.
- Execute basic SQL queries and Oracle health checks to validate data integrity.
- Utilize Git for source control, including cloning, branching, and reviewing diffs.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices; communicate status to stakeholders via ServiceNow or Jira.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of production support experience with .NET, Oracle, and Sitecore stacks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Azure App Service, App Insights, and basic KQL for Log Analytics.
- Proficient in SQL (SELECTs, JOINs) and Oracle database operations.
- Experience with Git workflow and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Strong documentation habits and clear communication skills.
