Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Guidehouse India Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop custom applications on Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 to meet client business requirements.
• Extend and integrate solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C#/.NET and implement Azure services for scalability and security.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations for C‑level stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring teams and driving technical decisions.
