Lead the design and delivery of cloud‑native solutions on SAP BTP, integrating SuccessFactors modules with Java and ABAP services to drive enterprise transformation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Java and ABAP components on SAP Cloud Platform (BTP) to extend SuccessFactors functionality.
- Integrate cloud services, APIs, and on‑premise systems using SAP Integration Suite and OData.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high‑quality code.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Document technical designs, deployment procedures, and best practices for future maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java and ABAP development within SAP ecosystems.
- Proven track record with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry, Kyma).
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, OData, REST, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
