About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices that power customer experience platforms.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third‑party services to deliver seamless CX workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS using Docker containers orchestrated with Kubernetes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development with Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST, and API design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3) and containerization tools.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
