Senior Design Quality Engineer Hybrid - Aguadilla, PR

As a Senior Design Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality engineering processes and tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement initiatives, develop and execute test plans, and analyze data to drive process improvements. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with the design team to ensure that design for six sigma principles are applied throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and design for six sigma principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
