About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large digital initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum/Scrum‑Ban) and continuous improvement practices across multiple teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable plans.
- Oversee risk, issue, and change management, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation.
- Drive governance, reporting, and compliance with government digital and data standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary digital projects in a public sector or large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project planning tools, and delivery metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile Certified Practitioner) are an advantage.
