Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integration and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Architect and govern robust ETL pipelines and API ecosystems that enable real‑time data flow across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering Agile practices, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide transparent status reporting, and drive risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership, with a strong focus on data integration and architecture.
- Proven track record designing and implementing ETL processes, API gateways, and data pipelines at enterprise scale.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, project management tools, and delivery metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the health or fitness industry is a plus.
