Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Sybase database solutions for the Global Loans domain.
- Lead migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime during transitions to modern platforms.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and resource management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate database systems with LoanIQ and other vendor products.
- Develop and enforce database design standards, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Sybase ASE/SQL Anywhere and related tools.
- Hands‑on experience with database migration, backup/recovery, and high‑availability configurations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
