About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement data migration solutions from legacy systems to EDSS, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS, including complex transformations and error handling.
- Build and maintain robust data warehouses, creating dimensional models and supporting reporting needs.
- Develop and refine stored procedures, advanced queries, and performance tuning strategies in MS T‑SQL.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to integrate HL7 v2.3.1‑2.5.1 messages and ORU segments into the data pipeline.
- Lead project planning, task allocation, and progress tracking for cross‑functional database initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with MS T‑SQL, including stored procedures and query optimization.
- 3+ years in ETL development and 1+ year with SSIS.
- Proven track record in data warehousing, relational database design, and report development.
- Experience with HL7 v2.3.1‑2.5.1 and ORU message handling.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical teams.
