Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, transforming complex source data into enterprise data warehouses and marts to enable data‑driven decision making across mission programs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize robust ETL/ELT workflows that extract data from diverse source systems and load it into enterprise data warehouses and data marts.
- Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and performance across the data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business rules into technical specifications and data transformation logic.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting to guarantee high‑quality data for analytics and reporting.
- Document data pipelines, architecture, and best practices for future maintenance and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT solutions using SQL and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise data platforms and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
