About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines for large biomedical datasets, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to uncover insights that inform product development and clinical strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into clear, data‑driven recommendations.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Lead data strategy initiatives, establishing best practices for data architecture, metadata management, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or data science within a biomedical or life‑sciences environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
