Lead advanced data management for a federal eDiscovery initiative, driving the EDRM workflow, analyzing large datasets, and ensuring compliance with litigation discovery standards using SQL and data visualization tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data extraction and processing pipelines for large-scale litigation discovery projects.
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to define data requirements, quality standards, and workflow optimizations within the EDRM framework.
- Analyze and transform complex datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and audit trails.
- Provide expert guidance on data strategy, risk mitigation, and best practices for eDiscovery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and eDiscovery within a federal or large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, litigation discovery processes, and related compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
