About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for fraud detection using Python and SQL.
- Apply machine learning models to identify anomalous patterns and predict fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Visualize findings with Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or fraud analytics within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong background in machine learning, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
