Who We're Looking For

We're seeking senior Data Scientists (6+ yoe) who can be architects of insight, the minds behind machine learning, the storytellers of numbers. At Xenon7, you won't just contribute—you'll help define what's next. You will turn complex datasets into business-driving decisions using statistics, algorithms, machine learning, and engineering to discover hidden patterns, automate systems, and unlock value. At Xenon7, our Data Scientists don't just analyze data- they lead innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years experienced in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
• Skilled in Python and tools like NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, XGBoost
• Experts in ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering
• Proficient with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Strong in data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale datasets
• Experienced in mentoring or leading data teams
• Passionate about solving real business challenges through data
• Preferred (but not mandatory): A PhD in a relevant field will be an added advantage
