About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that solve complex business problems across the value chain.
- Implement MLOps pipelines using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions) to ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering best practices in model validation, feature engineering, and experimentation.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to enhance product offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
- Proven track record of deploying production‑ready models using MLOps practices on AWS.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision makers.
- Experience with cloud‑native ML services and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
