About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models to optimize utilization management and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) to support analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including clinicians, product managers, and engineers—to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experiment design to evaluate the impact of interventions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning, statistical modeling, and large‑scale data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PySpark) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS S3, Redshift, EMR, SageMaker) and building production‑grade data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
