About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize machine‑learning and deep‑learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, from data acquisition and cleaning to model evaluation and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in code quality, reproducibility, and model governance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and storytelling.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of IT experience with at least 6 years of hands‑on data science work.
- Strong Python programming skills and practical experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.
- Proven expertise in machine‑learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
