Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using Python and machine learning frameworks to support clinical decision-making.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large healthcare datasets with SQL and AWS services, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Document model development processes, maintain reproducible pipelines, and adhere to best practices in data science.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science within a healthcare or large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
