Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models to personalize customer experiences, leveraging Python, SQL, and cloud services to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of predictive models, from feature engineering to production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for downstream analytics.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model validation, documentation, and reproducibility.
- Communicate insights and model performance to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or related field, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS) and managing data pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of influencing business decisions through data.
