Lead advanced analytics initiatives, building predictive models and data pipelines using Python, Machine Learning frameworks, and cloud services to drive mission‑critical insights for government and commercial clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning models to solve complex operational challenges.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and SQL on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Python and machine‑learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Demonstrated ability to develop end‑to‑end data pipelines and productionize models.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
