About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and advanced analytics solutions to support revenue forecasting, fraud detection, and policy impact analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data science projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical testing on large, heterogeneous datasets.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model serving infrastructure using cloud services such as AWS.
- Create clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in reproducible research and model governance.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with proven expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience building production‑grade models and data pipelines on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
