About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models that drive product features, personalization, and revenue growth.
- Lead A/B test design, execution, and statistical analysis to evaluate product changes and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and insights teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark, SQL, and Python to process billions of events daily.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and storytelling for stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or quantitative research, preferably in consumer‑facing tech.
- Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Hands‑on experience with big‑data tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical results into actionable recommendations and visual dashboards.
