Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experimental studies to inform product and clinical decisions.
• Develop and deploy machine‑learning models, including predictive and classification algorithms, on large healthcare datasets.
• Apply statistical techniques and advanced analytics to extract insights, evaluate model performance, and support evidence‑based recommendations.
• Work with unstructured text and NLP pipelines to derive value from clinical notes, patient feedback, and other textual sources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineers, product managers, and clinicians—to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines in Python and Snowflake, ensuring data quality, reproducibility, and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in data science, preferably within the healthcare domain.
• Strong expertise in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
• Experience building and deploying machine‑learning models, with a solid understanding of model evaluation and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses; experience handling large, structured datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to work with NLP/text data; experience with libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face is a plus.
