Senior Data Scientist with 7+ years experience building, training, and deploying production‑grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python, FastAPI, and major cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine‑tune Machine Learning and Generative AI models, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, and LLM integrations.
- Build production‑ready APIs and services with Python and FastAPI to serve AI models at scale.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and ensure model reliability in real‑time environments.
- Implement best practices for data pipelines, model versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for AI systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs with FastAPI.
- Hands‑on expertise with Generative AI techniques, LLMs, and retrieval‑augmented workflows.
- Proven track record deploying and scaling models on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
