About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to predict campaign performance and optimize media spend.
- Analyze large retail media datasets, extracting actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to integrate data solutions into client dashboards.
- Maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and executive‑level presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in retail media or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong statistical background and experience with A/B testing and causal inference.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analytics into business impact.
