About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models using Python and AWS services.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model governance and reproducibility.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, bias assessment, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue).
- Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles and bias mitigation techniques.
- Strong statistical background and experience with large‑scale data pipelines.
