Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced GenAI and RAG solutions, fine‑tuning LLMs and building scalable ML pipelines to deliver AI‑driven features for complex business projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Build and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Fine‑tune, evaluate, and monitor Large Language Models (LLMs) and their performance drift.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks to improve model outputs.
- Implement scalable ML pipelines using Python and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and SMEs.
- Ensure model reliability, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions in production.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven track record in GenAI, LLM fine‑tuning, and RAG pipeline development.
- Hands‑on knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
