About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models that personalize travel recommendations and optimize product features.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to define data‑driven roadmaps and prioritize experiments.
- Build scalable data pipelines and analytical tools using SQL and big‑data platforms to support real‑time decision making.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in statistical modeling and reproducible research.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in a product‑centric environment.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PySpark) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience building and scaling machine‑learning solutions on large datasets.
