Senior data scientist driving product and growth decisions through funnel analysis, experimentation, and metric ownership using Python, SQL, and advanced analytics techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and refine the metrics that define the growth funnel, from signup to retention.
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments to identify high‑impact levers.
- Collaborate closely with product, growth, and leadership to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated pipelines that surface key performance indicators.
- Advise on data‑driven product roadmap decisions and prioritize experiments based on ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with a focus on growth or product metrics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Strong statistical background and hands‑on experience with A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment is a plus.
