About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to evaluate product features and user experiences.
- Develop and productionize machine‑learning models that predict user behavior, churn, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Build dashboards and visualizations that surface actionable insights for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize large‑scale data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in fintech or crypto.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, statsmodels) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and machine‑learning techniques.
- Experience building data visualizations and dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
