Lead the design and deployment of AI, machine learning, and operations research models to optimize hospitality operations, improve incident and claim management, and elevate guest experiences through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions for incident and claim management within the hospitality sector.
- Apply operations research techniques to optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical models and actionable insights.
- Conduct rigorous data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high-quality, production-ready outputs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality data analytics, with a focus on incident and claim management.
- Strong proficiency in AI, machine learning, and operations research methodologies.
- Hands‑on expertise with Python, SQL, and relevant ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex data into business value.
