About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and operate the oneNA category forecasting engine across multiple business units, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Modernize legacy forecasting methodologies and implement best‑in‑class machine‑learning models for demand prediction.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable time‑series models using Python and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate forecast outputs into business planning and supply‑chain processes.
- Monitor model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate improvements to maintain forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience building and productionizing machine‑learning models, preferably in demand forecasting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and time‑series libraries (e.g., Prophet, statsmodels, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3) for model training and deployment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex results into actionable business insights.
