About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced analytics models to uncover workforce trends and predict employee outcomes.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and dashboards using Python, SQL and AWS services.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business questions into data‑driven solutions.
- Apply Generative AI techniques to generate actionable insights and improve employee engagement.
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data science and ethics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on HR or people analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS analytics services (Redshift, SageMaker, Glue).
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT) is a plus.
