About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own data science projects from problem definition through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Design, develop, and productionize machine‑learning and deep‑learning models using Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS).
- Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks, perform statistical modeling, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineers, product managers, and stakeholders—to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Mentor junior data scientists, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement of the data science pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data‑science ecosystem (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proven ability to work with relational databases (SQL) and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering client‑focused solutions.
