Lead the design and deployment of predictive analytics and ML models that transform high‑resolution network telemetry into self‑monitoring, self‑optimizing solutions for fibre, fixed‑wireless, and satellite networks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end‑to‑end ML pipelines to predict network performance and detect anomalies across fibre, fixed‑wireless, and satellite platforms.
- Transform raw telemetry and operational event data into actionable insights using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with network engineering teams to integrate models into real‑time monitoring dashboards and automated optimization workflows.
- Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure on AWS, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Communicate findings and model performance to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, driving data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics within telecom or network operations.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, time‑series analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
