About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to support product development and clinical research.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from clinical trials, consumer behavior, and supply chain sources.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies.
- Implement scalable data pipelines and maintain data quality standards using AWS services.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model validation and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade machine learning models in a commercial environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS analytics services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Strong statistical background and expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
